Fitness & Nutrition Focus Group

It wasn’t that long ago that my afternoons were spent on the couch with comfort foods and movies.  When I felt trapped in a cycle of stress & emotional eating and hating on myself on a daily basis, not quite knowing how to make a change.

This is why I’m passionate about joining with you, taking your hand, and walking with you on a journey to a new healthier you.  A you you can be proud of, and a life you can be excited to wake up to each day.

I don’t just want you to start a fitness and nutrition program.  I want you to actually finish it and see RESULTS!  That’s what my challenge groups are all about!  Making a TRUE lifestyle change.


I’ll provide you with all the tools that have helped me to reach my goals, and a private group filled with so much support that you can not fail. What do you have to lose?  I’ll tell you what you’ll gain – confidence, strength and the ability to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

  • Meal planning
  • Clean eating tips and guides
  • Private FB group for accountability & support
  • One on one access to me as your coach

I have helped a lot of moms throughout the country to reach their personal goals, and now it’s time for you to reach yours too.  It all starts with that first step, and I will be here every step of the way from there. :)
